can i return a product?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days of receipt , provided the product is unopened, unused , and the seal remains intact .
For hygienic reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.
What does an eyelash serum do?
An eyelash serum supports and nourishes the natural condition of your lashes. It helps hydrate and strengthen them, making them fuller, longer, and healthier over time.
How often should you use an eyelash serum?
Apply the serum once a day, preferably in the evening, to cleansed skin. Once the desired result is achieved, continue applying it once a day in the evening.
When will you see results?
The first results are usually visible after 4 weeks. The full effect is noticeable after about 12 weeks. This varies per person and hair growth cycle.
Is an eyelash serum suitable for sensitive eyes?
Many formulas are designed with comfort in mind, even for sensitive eyes. Always listen to your skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor or specialist if necessary.
Can you use an eyelash serum with eyelash extensions?
Yes, in most cases. Preferably choose an oil-free formula and apply the serum only along the lash line, not on the extensions themselves. Our formula is oil-free, so it's suitable for eyelash extensions.
What is the difference between an eyelash serum and an eyelash oil?
Eyelash oil softens and nourishes, but is less targeted. A serum contains active ingredients that more intensively support lash condition.
Can I use the serum during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
The serum should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
What should you do if the serum gets into your eyes?
Rinse immediately with water. If irritation persists, discontinue use and contact a physician.
Can you wear mascara while using it?
Yes. Wait until the serum has completely dried before applying mascara.
What happens if you stop using the serum?
When you stop, your lashes will gradually return to their natural state as the growth cycle continues.
How long does an eyelash serum last?
On average 3 to 6 months, depending on frequency of use.
Can you also use an eyelash serum on eyebrows?
Some serums are suitable for this. Always follow the product directions.
Can side effects occur?
In rare cases, redness, itching, or tenderness around the eyes may occur. If symptoms occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary.
